I thought I would share what TV on your computer looks like with Windows Vista Media Center. I have a dual monitor setup where I can write on one screen and watch and record TV on the other. Here are some pictures of what it looks like. Click on an image to enlarge and get a more detailed view. It only took a few minutes to install this TV tuner card and set everything up.

Nice toys Andrew, I would need meds just to understand how to do that with my set up! LOL Have a good day.

Even though my comment has absolutely nothing to do with your posting, I just wanted to say how proud I am that you've overcome the most recent challenge in your life regarding the sleeping aids.
ReplyDeleteHope you're having a fabulous weekend, and enjoying from what it seems a long overdue break from dad.
Always,
Crusty
Thank you for the T.V. tuner info. I just got my laptop in March. I am on it constantly. I can see the need for a T.V tuner card. P.S. I love Pioneer Woman's blog.
ReplyDeleteOne word: Jealous!
ReplyDeletewow, cool. so...how does this interact with your cable?
ReplyDeleteYou know, I bought a TV tuner that plugs into the cable, then into the back of my computer monitor. I can put it "picture in picture" anywhere on my screen, but a video card would have been a better idea! I enjoy your blog.
