Journey to get my Car...

Mom driving me to the dealership to pick up my car.

My car safe and sound at the dealership.

My car sitting at home in my driveway.  Yay!!!!!  I thought I would never see this car again!

Joyce coming out to congratulate me on getting my car back.  She's such a sweetheart.

  4. Funny, that's just how I imagined Joyce looking! I didn't picture your car looking like that though. I expected something older and grey. I don't know why. lol

Your Mom -- such a "sweetheart" I know this must be a great day for you & those who helped.

My prayers are with Joyce, I hope she feels better. We've all said it before but she is lucky to have you as a true friend!

I wish you ALL the best -- happy driving :)

  12. Congrats on getting your "other baby" back! Now young man I hope you have the car locked - it looked like a window was slightly open from one of your pictures.

Joyce looks like such a nice lady. It is sad the way that she is suffering. I pray that she finds something that helps her.

  16. Finally! I'm so happy for you. Where did you go to first? You must feel so free.

It was great to see a picture of Joyce. In my mind she was much younger and had long straight hair. Come to think of it, that's how I think of Rachael too. Anyway, it's good to put a picture to a name. Is Joyce doing OK?

  20. Andrew, I am a devoted reader of your blog so please warn me if you go "invitation only" and please please include me. My older brother struggled for years with bipolar disease and alcoholism and died on Halloween of a heart attack at 45 years old. Reading about your day to day, the battle you are fighting--and winning--makes me feel better...makes missing him not so painful. (By the way, his heart attack was related to inherited blood pressure issues and had nothing to do with his other illness.) Keep up the good work and I hope the Vocat Rehab appt. goes well. You'll be fine! Your friend, J.R.
