kind of sucky deal for them. i mean i can see it from both points of view, but the city is just going to end up with those people either in jail or sleeping on the streets downtown. you'd think they could come up with another plan like helping the people get into jobs and permanent housing.
I will check out the article later on after getting Jack to school!
