I am going through a very, very rough spell with my mental illness and my anxiety attacks. I can't get to feeling well no matter what I try. This usually means the hospital for me. I should be posting again in a few days. I am going to stay quiet while in this ill tempered mind set though. Will be posting again when I get to feeling better. I hope you all are well and in good spirits.

Stupid ass mental illness.
Hang in there, you have had a rough time over the holiday. I hope you are feeling well soon and able to come back to us. I will say a little prayer for you.
You're in my thoughts and prayers, Andrew. Take care of yourself.
Keep hanging in there - we're all with you in spirit. Sending calming thoughts your way.
You'll get through it. You're a strong man. I'll be thinking of you.
Praying for you Andrew. Holidays and winter make a nasty combination for me. I've found an outlet, though, that helps me keep my head above water these days, though. I hope you find one, too.
Hold on, Andrew. This will pass.
I hope you feel better soon!!
Yep, hang in there! You've got a lot of us 'backing you up'. We all have to deal with it in our own way, though.
You're doing a great job of knowing what you need and when you need it. That's more than half the battle right there! You can be proud of the progress you're making!

Best of wishes - remember that it will pass and you've been through worse before and made it through.
Thinking of you and wishing you better.
Best wishes and good luck!
Christmas and New Year is traditionally a difficult time for anyone in early recovery, so it is hardly unusual that you should be feeling more anxiety at this point. It is very common. It's just that in your case you have the added disadvantage of your mental difficulties, and that has added weight to what is already an uncomfortable situation for a lot of people in early recovery.
so yes it is uncomfortable, but it will pass, you just have to hang in there a day at a time.
I'm sure it would be a family drama regarding your uncle's comments didn't help, and even though you may have felt as though you took that in your stride, it is likely that these things have taken their toll in some form or other, even though you weren't aware of it at the time.
But suffice to say, you've done fantastically well so far, and we are all rooting for you, so I'm sure every one of us is looking forward to getting back to your normal self again as soon as possible.
Don't feel obligated to post or right on your blog if it's too much like hard work for you, but we'd like to hear from you and hear how you are getting on if you do have the energy.
Sir Hope you feel better soon Andrew. All the best.
I'm sorry you're feeling this way. Just know that we are sending good thoughts your way. Hang in there, and don't worry about us, just take care of yourself. We'll still be here to support you when you feel better.Take good care!
Sir:
Here is hoping for your being able to feel better quickly.
The following may be helpful from a physiological perspective as you work through this:
1. Lots of sleep.
2. Drink an enormous amount of fluids.
3. Try to eat less fatty foods during this time.
4. Try to spend significant amounts of time in sunlight/sunshine (if it is too cold, go to a mall or building with a big window).

Andrew,
Just like your post title says, hang in there! You can do it!
Praying for you Andrew. I'll check back in a couple of days. Hope you are feeling better soon.
I am praying for you!
So sorry to hear you aren't doing so well. Whenever I went through something hard my dad would always say, "This too shall pass." It will for you too. I will say a special prayer for you.
Thinking about you and sending good vibes your way. Wish we could do more.
((hugs)) I hope you feel better soon my friend!
Thinking of you bud - wish I could do more.
Take care of yourself Andrew. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers and hope this rough spell passes quickly.
Keeping you in my thoughts. Hope you feel better soon, Andrew.
I read this this morning. I hope you're doing well tonight. Listen to Pipe especially with the sunlight.
**hugs** I will be praying you get to feeling better.
Andrew,
I hope you are feeling better soon. Remember this too shall pass. I will be sending you positive vibes and a hug.
coming back to say again: feel better soon!
Andrew, I am thinking about you today! Get well soon. You have many supporters in your corner. I know this crap to deal with is so annoying and frustrating, but you will beat it.
Sorry to hear it. I'm thinking of you & hope you get to feeling better soon. Just keep hangin in there, like your title says...
:)
Hope you feel better soon. Would a big snow storm in South Alabama lift your spirits? It's going to be cold enough, all we need is the moisture. :-) I'm praying for you.
Just checkin' back in! Hope you're spirits are rising. Remember that we're all here for ya, Andrew!
Just work at your own pace and get with us when you can . . . we don't mind waiting!

This too will pass. You are a strong man, with a slew of supporters including a great family nearby. And Maggie, of course. We're all here for you :)
I hope you are doing well. At the very least, you are probably warmer there. It's going to be -15 tonight here in NH!
Just another blogger friend thinking of you and hoping this spell will pass soon.
Hope you feel better soon, Andrew, you're in my thoughts and prayers.
Hope you feel better soon. As you can see, lots of folks are in your cheering section.
Feel better soon. I know it's rough I've been going through it too. It's the New Years blues... a new year and a whole lot of months to get through can be pretty overwhelming, also the change in meds make you feel great for awhile and them bam, your back in the hole. Don't let it get you down. People you don't even know think about you, and care...
I pray you'll have strength & courage to meet each day. Your journey, told through your blog, has so often lifted my spirits.
Hey buddy! Hang in there, keep doing the things that are good for you. But maybe let us know you're doing ok?
Hope all is well on your end, and that you and Maggie are making your way through this cold spell.
Still thinking of you Andrew and you continue to be in my prayers.
hang in there! we all have tough moments and sometimes the moments can be long but hang in there get the rest and whatever help you need. Thinking of you.
