We got around 4" of snow. The sun is out and it is quickly melting. Lows should dip down to 24 degrees tonight and turn the roads into a skating rink. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere. I am happy to get my snow for the year.
Is there any snow left on the ground? Snow angels look like fun? Run out the back door - lay down within the view of a window - flap your arms and legs - run back inside to a nice, warm shower! Then go look at your own snow angel!
That stuff isn't just for kids! God made snow for all of us!

How delightful that you finally got your long anticipated snow. It's beautiful! I'm jealous... we haven't had had a single snowfall this year. I do miss it, but not those icy roads in the morning!
I KNOW, I KNOW!!!!! We got lots of snow as well. We went into church yesterday and it was raining, when we came out everything was covered. We haven't seen it snow like that since we went to Yellowstone snowmobiling. The flakes were huge. Enjoy it, because it's going away soon. Our weather report says it will be 68 by the end of the week. We are going from one extreme to the other.
Let me echo that I'm glad you got snow as well. We've haven't had any kind of snow with accumulation this year at all. I'm not really missing it. We got up to about 80 degrees today. It was nice!
