Just saw a black man ride by the house on a bicycle. It's not an uncommon occurrence, but he was talking on a cell phone while he peddled. I laughed. It struck me as funny. Is that the same as talking on a cell phone and driving at the same time? I wonder what his insurance rates are.

I think the rates are rising for all of us because of the clowns who not only yak while they're driving but send text messages. Shame on them.
My state just made it illegal to text while driving, and hopefully they will make it a national law. I've seen idiots do that on the highway and it scares me half to death.
