Chuckles…

Mom is a voracious reader on top of being a public school teacher for over 20 years.  I called her to tell her Laura had left. She eloquently summed up the situation.

“This is what you should call inevitable withdrawal,” she told me. “Consider yourself lucky she didn’t choose you, and you would be smart to distance yourself from all that cheap and tawdry mess.”
