Helen comes tomorrow. She will clean the house and then fix supper. What should I have her cook? I thought about getting her to make a pork roast with sweet potatoes, green beans, and cornbread muffins. How does that sound?
That sounds SO good! I have some pieces of a prok roast in the freezer might need to get them out to eat today since reading your menu sounds so good to me. yummy...i might have to pick up a sweet potato when i go to the store.
