It takes about a day for my medication levels to get normalized again. I felt better and better as the day wore on. Me and mom went to the bookstore where she bought a hundred dollars in books and I got a Trains magazine and Railroad Model Craftsman magazine.
Me and mom went to eat at Red Lobster afterwards. We both ate Walt's favorite fried shrimp. Mom even ordered a piece of strawberry cheesecake which surprised me. We had plenty of leftovers and Maggie got those. I have never seen a dog so happy to get garlic/cheese biscuits and fried shrimp. She even went and buried some outside for later. I have never seen Maggie do that.

ah good ol maggie. Im tired too. off to bed...
Night!
Sounds like a good day for all of you lol. But be careful not to give too much of that stuff to Maggie - it'll make her fat.
However, I do also have to say that some dogs are just born to be spoiled rotten - and Maggie (and my Max) are some of those dogs!
i am glad that you had a good day. i am looking foward to going to red lobster in a few weeks on my sisters birthday.
Sounds so yummy. I have to admit though that I've never been to Red Lobster. Never even had lobster. Does that make me odd? :)
Hey!
I have been following your blog for quite sometime.. But never left a comment..
Just wanted to let you know that I am happy with the way your life is going...
Keep it that way!!! Make everyone proud..
Have a nice day!

I was at Red Lobster Saturday, and I should have buried some in the yard, for later like Maggie. I love those darn bisquits. I will look for tomorrow's blog to see about you. Sleep well
B~
This sounds like such a nice day spent together, and you know how I love Red Lobster! Maggie must feel like she won the lottery when you adopted her - cheese biscuits and shrimp... she would have had to hide them from me too! :-)
Biscuits. Yum. It's been too long since we have been to the Red Lobster. Our beagle buries nearly anything that's "different." Ya never know around here when you're going to find a pizza crust, a special doggie treat, a piece of cinnamon toast, a stolen drumstick bone buried under a cushion. Have a good day.
Sounds like you had a nice time with your mom-don't you just love going to the bookstore? I'm sure your mom loves spending time with you and seeing you doing so well. I'd have loved to see Maggie burying her lunch-how funny!
ha-I just reread my comment and realized I sure said 'love' a lot!
oh, well, love reading your blog!
love, love, love!
