THUNDERSTORMS WERE RAPIDLY DEVELOPING NEAR CUSSETA...OR 8 MILES WEST
OF VALLEY...MOVING NORTH AT 9 MPH.
WINDS UP TO 40 MPH AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING ARE
EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS.
