A quick note to my friend Kirs. Thank you for the money. It filled my car up with gas.
I've been on vacation this week. I have the opportunity to stay at a house on the beach my sister rented. It was sublime and I got my batteries recharged for the rest of the summer.
I've also had terrible Internet connection problems. Tonight is the first time I've been on in about two weeks. Water got in the connection box on the house and shorted out my Internet and cable TV.

Am I really first? I was just about to send you a e-mail to see where you've been. The beach? Andrew at the beach? In all the years I've known you, you've never talked about a vacation. I'm so excited you got to go away. And I can't imagine you being away from the Internet so long. I'd be in serious withdrawals. Welcome back friend. You were missed.

Wow, glad you are back. How nice to have a get away at the beach! Glad you enjoyed it. 2 weeks is a long time to be without the Internet. You should post about how that was for you. It would have made me nuts, and I would have been driving around for the nearest connection!
