Talk about a close-up! Wow. The ladybug casts a long shadow. Makes me think that all things need to be taken in perspective. I'm so glad you're enjoying your camera!

No pictures from me today. I'm glad to view yours. The fall colors pictures were beautiful.

i so enjoyed all your pictures today. Especially Maggier girl. I know just how you feel about her. I will keep Joyce in my thoughts and hope she gets better. It must be so scary, especially when you have no one.

I saw lots of ladybugs today up at the center and about 4 or so came to sit on me. I will be thinking of Joyce and for sure as you know understand the fears and thoughts. The picture of Maggie is so cute...even on days when Gracie is wanting more and more attention she is so loved by me and such an importantance in my life. I started a folder in my email box to keep all of your comments and emails. I am so grateful that we are friends! Hope that the rest of your day goes well....

Beautiful! I love ladybugs and in German tradition they are considered good luck.

WHOW! That is the wildest picture of a lady bug I have ever seen. You can see inside of it's wings.

Amazing. Amazing.

You have an amazing talent for writing and an eye for unconventional photography.I can't help but feel that you could use your talents in a more productive way.A book...an article in a magazine perhaps? Are you sure constantly talking about your mental illness and problems isn't reinforcing itself on you?

What an amazing ladybug photo, Andrew! I think the close-up patchwork view of skin is pretty cool too! Great job!

We are enamored with ladybugs in our house, too. My children love to catch all of them that are inside and let them out so they can find the rest of their families...

Congratulations on finding this wonderful new outlet of expression. I am thoroughly enjoying this medium that so well accompanies your words.

Peace to you, Andrew.

I am touched by your writings. I too, have found writing to be the BEST therapy for my depression.

Although my depression is not like yours, I too choose not to take meds....but I can somewhat relate to what you write about.

If you are interested, my blog is about the things that I have discovered helps my depression.

Andrew-Nice blog. I like your writing style. The one about your mom showing up was cool and your Dad cussing at the pharmacy counter.
