Helen cooked what I requested. Dad was laughing last night and said I am meatloaf obsessed. I could eat it once a week if it were up to me! Interestingly, my favorite part of today’s meal was the biscuits. They were so fluffy and tender. Helen makes the best biscuits!

It looks very yummy to me..but we call things different names over here..are the 'biscuits' on that plate in the picture ???..I ask this as biscuits to us are flat,sweet and often covered in chocolate they are sometimes filled in the centres..they are eaten as sweet snacks, never a main meal..i think you may call them 'cookies' (but i'm not sure)..Those look like what we would call scones ??..you can get them savoury or sweet...isn't it strange how we have different names for things.
Wow! I wish I had Helen to cook for me. We all love meatloaf too, now I will probably have to make some soon too!
