Fall Off that Horse and Get Right Back On....
I crumpled up the remainder of the packs of the Doral cigarettes and threw them away. Let's see if we can get a little more time than ten days quitting. I didn't smoke for years and then started to smoke cigarillos and I was on a ride to hell. This time we will start out at a trot and not full bore on.

Took me many try's to completely quite. It's been 10 yrs since I quite and I don't have cravings.. I do miss the habit of smoking at certain times...but I won't go back...good luck and don't give up...
