Hope today turns out much better for you. Life is just a series of small battles you need to win one at a time.

If this is what makes you feel better go for it! Always nice to hear your voice. And, it's a whole hell of a lot better than turning to booze. You're doing fine Andrew. Thanks for the video posts.

Great video and its good to see Maggie. My dog, Ernest, scratches sometimes even though I give him flea treatment and don't think he has fleas. I wonder, do dogs just do this for kicks?

I used to be a pacer. I stopped pacing. I'm not sure why. Hope you feel better and make it to your meeting.

Finally, a voice behind the words. I'm so glad that you put this up. I'm positive that the attacks will subside and that things will get back to good real soon.

What a wonderful blog. I know you are struggling but you made me smile just hearing your voice for the first time.

I have started putting up video on my blog too. It is a great feature.

Give Maggie a good rub for me!!

Hey Andrew, I don't always comment but i read your blog everyday. It is great to hear your voice and I am happy that you do what you need to do to feel better. Put up as many videos as you need or want.
Have a wonderful day, and keep at the job hunt, something will come along.
Good luck to you,

Andrew, it is so cool for me to hear your voice. It adds a special new dimension to your blog and to you as a person, in my mind, to hear you speak. Be well. Please talk anytime. We remain...

Hey Andrew,

Your house is precious...Decorated with class and charm. I want a house just like that. Maggie is just darling, I can see how she loves you so. I would listen to you, through every pannick attack that comes your way, if you feel any relief what so ever.

Enjoy this halloween night, I hope it brings you joy and a treat or two!

I love to hear you talk...because I miss the accent and Alabama. Maggie doesn't really have fleas, she's just trying to make you look bad. ;-) Keep walking and talking if that is what helps. I hope things get better for you. I truly admire you and your writing and how you keep going. BTW, love the new blog decor too. And your house is so adorable! I love it! I also love that it's so clean. I love clean. *sigh*

I also noticed the piano...? Do you play at all? Even "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star"? Love to hear it if you do... (hint hint) I am JEALOUS of the clean...I guess I do my best with my two little monkeys running around messing everything up in my wake, but still... sigh.

From She Who Needs No Mask...but will still don my hat and carry my broom tonight!

I am loving this new video blogging technique, Andrew! I felt like I was pacing the floor right along with you. I could almost feel some of the anxiety you were experiencing. If talking thru it helped - AWESOME! Next time, take your camera along on an outside walk - show us how pretty it is out there! Maggie is such a sweetheart, I know she makes you feel loved. We care about you, breathe deeply, think peaceful thoughts - you'll be ok!

It's good to hear you talk to us and if it makes you feel better that is even more heartwarming. You must be a nice person to have Maggie adore you so. You are right too that the panic will pass. It always does. Hang in there and talk it out until it does. Even take a walk outside or take Maggie for a walk. Distraction and movement always seems to help. Do you wear one of those medic alert bracelets? Might be a good idea if you don't.

I'm glad the talking and walking helps. Maggie is a doll! How cute is she. I love your accent! Makes all our voices here sound so boring.

Take care and just keep breathing.

I'm sorry sweet pea, that you're having such a hard time with your panic attacks and dad. I wish I could help you to feel better. Just know that I'm thinking about you and love seeing your home and your sweet dog Maggie. Feel better soon.

Great pad, Andrew, and Maggie is great. I agree it is nice to hear a true southern accent. I am glad that the walking and talking helps. I have a friend struggling with panic attacks recently. They are so debilitating. Trust you will get better.

I really like your house and Maggie is adorable. For some reason I always pictured a Lab or Golden Retriever. Now I have a picture. Just as great, now I have a voice. I will hear that every time I read your posts not.
