A calm life is a wonderful thing! And don't think your life is any more "boring" than any of ours to write about. Personally I love reading about your model trains, maggie and I know with all the talk radio you listen to you have to have some good solid opinions about life share those!

I love reading about you and your family and Maggie. It's a good life sweet pea.

Hey! Why don't you film yourself playing that beautiful piano in your living room? I'd love to hear you play.

Your Southern accent is always a joy to hear! And as I said to your earlier post, a drama-free life is vastly preferable to one that is not, any day!

Look at you 260 days sober!!!!!! Congrats! I've asked before, do you play the piano? I would LOVE to have a piano. I never had lessons, but was in the band and do read music and I found middle C, so I guess you can call me a self taught piano player. Have you considered taking lessons?

I know you used to sing... I think it would be great if you could get involved in that again somehow. I know it's hard in a small town, but maybe worth exploring.
You know how much I enjoy your blog even though I'm still a horrible commenter. I read each and every post and enjoy all of them... it's a small glimpse into someone else's life that I find fascinating... trips to get a shot in the tush as well!

Hey Andrew! Great to see the video. :) It's good that you have no drama going on right now...it's giving you time to just live. And that's always good!

I'm not goin' anywhere, Andrew! I check in when I can - miss you on email, though. 261 days is a GR8 accomplishment. And a sane, settled life is something to be envied, I tell ya! Gotta love that Maggie-girl.

I love hearing your voice! Hey, life is mundane. For all of us. I'm just glad that your life is so much better. So much! I'm one of the old timers who remembers when...

Drama is overrated. I do understand the boredom though.

Some days, mundane is nice. Others---It CAN really wear on you, but like Cheryl said, I too remember when...and life is so much better these days, eh?

Have a happy weekend.

Hugs, friend.

Sir:

No need to fret about a "mundane" life, unless YOU find it not to your liking. I would suggest the "mundane" that you speak of is simply a different way of saying what I have called "moderation" in some of our previous conversations.

To *me*, MODERATION is a wonderful joy, for it allows us to explore and be whatever we would like, be it adventuresome or quiet. So, at least from my way of thinking, your "mundane" life is really not as mundane as you suggest. It is just more moderate.

If you do desire some jazz or spice specifically for your blog that is beyond what you currently do within your lifestyle.... perhaps a way for you to add that to your blog is to start writing short story fiction for the blog. You could make the story in any way you would like... perhaps political, or perhaps educational, or sexually explicit, or some form of debauchery... it would be up to you.

You might find it a fun way to find something to write about here.

Your friend,

PipeTobacco

I have to agree with the other comments. Life can seem pretty dull and worrysome at times.

So I see I am not the only that struggles for blog content. I've been in a tailspin now for a couple of months, but it will level off.

Good to see you are ok Andrew and as always it's nice to "Hear" you just love your accent. :)

I know the feeling. But quiet can be good- no news is good news, right? I hope you and Maggie enjoy your weekend!

If alone and quiet wasnt acceptable, where would 2/3rd of your readership be at any given time? I love the read!

Thanks

I like when you post video and audio clips. I wish I could figure out how to do this!

I noticed Law & Order is on the tv in this clip. I had to laugh. L&O is everywhere! Turn on the tv anytime in a 24 hr period and you are sure to find a repeat of a L&O franchise.

Where's my Andrew? Anything you write is good as far as this fan is concerned.

Hi Andrew, I'm glad that things are quiet and calm for you and that you're enjoying that peace. :) I'll keep checking back cuz anything you blog about is interesting to me. Have a great rest of the weekend! P.S. I really enjoy your video blogs a lot.

Hi, I drop by your blog occasionally and find it very interesting. I have a number of friends who have schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, or other diagnoses. I have volunteered at a care facility for almost 35 years. The majority of the residents there are in their 40's and 50's. Some of them there have basically been abandoned by their families due to the years of ups and downs. Others have good family support. I think it is absolutely wonderful that you have family support and good friends. I think your dog is beautiful. I am glad you are doing so well. I'll check back from time to time. God bless you.
