Is the trazodone replacing another med. or added to your current meds? Do you suffer from depression? That seems to be what it’s prescribed for.

Glittermom, I was having lots of anxiety and restlessness at night. I called it the stir crazies. My doctor said Trazodone also helped with anxiety and could help me with rest so we tried it. It just makes me really sleepy at the moment. It was added to my current meds. I take it about an hour before I am ready to go to sleep.

I feel like that when I wake up, I’d like to try meditation..a friend of mine is bipolar and after he took a course in meditation it has helped him .
