Helen's Supper...

Helen cooked fried center cut pork chops,  sweet potato patties, yellow squash, steamed cabbage, and corn bread.  I am so full I feel like I'm about to pop!  Not pictured is a bowl of cole slaw and some fruit salad.

Hi Andrew,
Looks very tasty. Never tried corn bread but it sounds yummy. Hope you and Maggie had a real good day.
I thought of you first thing this morning. Looked out our front window at about 6:00am to see about a half inch of snow on the ground. That's a little early even for us!
Take care :)

yummmmmm..... i love cornbread (we call it johnnycake up here, if it's the same thing. i like to put bacon in it).

i would love to try sweet potato pancakes - never had them before. i've only had regular potato pancakes, and i love them!!!!

From the pictures we've seen of you, Andrew, you certainly don't appear to have a weight problem.

With Helen cooking like that, WHY NOT? I'd weigh 500 pounds if I ate like that even once a week. And boy, am I jealous!
