Rascal and I have come to the conclusion that there is a nationwide (possibly larger) conspiracy in the cat world. We, too have had to do double duty just to keep up with the huge increase of illegal cats crossing the borders into our neighborhood!
We and our friends here in Florida are trying our best to keep them under control here and are glad to know that you're doing your part up there!
