Happy Thanksgiving...

I am so thankful for the pouring rain we are having right now. We are in a terrible drought with lakes drying up and the rain couldn't have come at a better time. I am also so thankful of you, my friends, the supporters of The 4th Avenue Blues. Without your encouragement, comments, and kind emails none of this would be possible. You give me a reason to write everyday and to hone my skills as a writer. I hope you all have a blessed and safe Turkey Day. May your travels find you safely at home after this holiday weekend!

I hope you have a great thanksgiving.

We don't celebrate this holiday here in Ireland but I think it is a really lovely holiday.

Like Joy I am in the UK (London) so this is just a normal Thursday for us!

Nonetheless Andrew I wish you a very happy Thanksgiving filled with peace and blessings.

Much love :-))

I'm actually a little teary after reading this. I'm so thankful I found this wonderful world of blogging and all the friends I've made here, most especially you. I think you know that.

It's sunny with a blustery wind blowing here. You know me and my wind chimes. They're making me very happy. It's balmy outside, surprisingly. I do know that a cold front is coming, along with rain. I'll enjoy this while it's here.

I have so much to do, but keep coming back to my computer. It's like a magnet. Again, I don't need to tell you that.

I don't live far from Cheryl, maybe a 45 minute drive. And the weather is almost like THE BEACH BAYBEE! It's not going to last, but it is beautiful this morning.

Andrew... I'll be thinking about you today.

Yes, the weather here is also balmy, with a gentle wind. I will be sweeping off the deck in a minute because I know the folks would like to get some fresh air time.

Thank-you for letting me be a part of your blogging community, it has had a big impact on me.

I agree Cheryl, I am also pulled back to my computer as I am trying to get things done around here. It's all good.
Peace,
Lena

Andrew: I've been reading your blog for over a year now, and although I don't comment daily, I'm thankful for the insight and truthfullness you post with. It makes those of us who have had similar struggles know we've not been alone, and gives us empathy for your life and thankfulness for our own. I'm thankful to make The 4th Avenue Blues a part of my day each and every day.

Hugs to you....

I hope your Thanksgiving is a good one, Andrew...and if it's not too good, just keep remembering your lj's or lb's (little blessings as I call them). Those bring me through a lot. Hang in there. God Bless.

Happy Thanksgiving to you! Trying to sit and list all I have for which to be thankful really does bring so much to mind. We all have so much--including each other.

Peace...

Andrew,
I wish I was one of the people you look to for affirmation, and a little sunshine. You are as I have said in the past, an inspiration and it is always a treat to come to this place, and sit awhile.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
