In a Lamp's Soft Glow...

It's a quiet morning in J-ville. Maggie is on the couch watching The Weather Channel. Breakfast was some cinnamon and raisin English muffins, toasted in my toaster oven and slathered with I Can't Believe Its Not Butter. Fresh batteries are in my camera and I am chomping at the bit for the sun to rise and to take some photos.

What did we do before digital cameras and photo editing software? Seems like ages ago that I used film. I was always one to go right out and have the pictures developed so I could see my results. Now it's instant.

Have a great Saturday. I'm off to work.

I love both of these. That glass effect looks good on the pic of Maggie which is cool because I think it can be tricky to find a picture it fits. And I love the effect of a good still life.

The dark red background of your Maggie picture is perfect for this effect! I love cinnamon raisin English muffins & bagels too! :-)

Ever thought of looking into freelance photography? The still of the English muffin is perfect.

I love english muffins with ICBINB! Something about how quick that melts into the crevices of the moist muffin while the edges have crispy awesomeness to it!!
I'm hungry!!
YUM!!!
Always,
