It is thundering on the Chattahoochee as we speak. I am so excited! I have waited for this all day. Gosh, I love watching the weather. It is a passion with me.
Okay, another story . . . you titled this Thunder on the 'hooch!
I went to a little, tiny school in Midland, MI (Northwood Institute). As a 19 year old girl raised in the South . . I didn't know too much about how Yankees lived, etc. My first week at school, I saw a huge sign advertising "Canoe Rides on the Tit"!
It took me a week to build up the nerve to ask my roommate just exactly what that meant . . . .
Turns out that the Tit is a local river . . Titabawasee (I think that's the right spelling). They were renting canoes so you could go for rides!
Sheesh I was dumb - but I'm a natural blond - what do you expect?

We've had a few stormy days around here. I think of you when it's like that.
I've been remiss about keeping up with blogs. I'm catching up. I'll always come back to you (gush).
I hope happier days are ahead.
Yep, some interesting weather out there today. I've become obsessed with the oil spill.
(((hugs))) because you've been having a tough time lately. I'm thinking about you.
