That looks so sad...i have just taken all the decs of mine and am putting it out tonight...last year when i put the tree outside it really picked up..i suppose its because of our climate..its usually damp in the Winter months..and we have even got snow at the moment...if it picks up again this year i will take some pics,..it is drooping terribly as i am writing this, i think the central heating as got to it,.. its only a few feet away from one of the radiators...next year i think i am going to try to buy a growing one and then put it in the garden.

I know of more and more people who buying living trees in pots. They decorate them and keep them inside for the holidays and afterward, they plant them. Sounds good to me! And boy oh boy, will that tree have some tales to tell the little shrubs!

I'm starting to de-Christmas, too. I don't do it all at once because of health problems - and it's kind of nice to take it slow anyway. I usually leave at least one or two things out all year. I have a beautiful snow globe with Santa fly fishing that stays out and a sign that says, "Be Naughty, Save Santa The Trip".

I do love the season - but it's nice to get it all cleaned up, too.

Hope you're feeling better, Andrew.

I always hate taking them down. They leave such a bare spot in the house.

I know... I can't seem to put my tree outside in all the cold and snow... it's silly, but I really like my tree this year...

Charlotte i put my tree out last night..it was drooping terribly, but this afternoon it looks like new again...it seems to draw in all the dampness from the air..its also been snowing quite a lot here too...i will take a pic tomorrow..its too dark outside at the moment, i liked my tree too...but once it started to droop it seemed to get worse in just a couple of days..its lovely and fresh again now..i feel iv'e given it a new lease of life.
