Quiet time for me is putting on a little Beethoven and reading about Queen Victoria and the British Monarchy on Wikipedia like tonight. It never fails that I get too loud with my surround system. Maggie will be laying on the floor beside me. I’m convinced she adores classical music as well. I was listening to Ben Folds’ album Songs for Silverman earlier which I highly recommend.
“Andrew! Put on your headphones!” Tracy will say loudly from the den as she watches the television.
“Yes, dear!” I will reply in kind as I don a set of headphones muting all noise from the computer room.
