When I was a kid in northwestern Pennsylvania (I was one year old when Japan bombed Pearl Harbor), we had SNOW. When Clinton was president, we had one wonderful week when the snow shut down the federal government for 2 or 3 days. It may never happen again. If global warming causes the seas to rise, the Potomac will cover the Jefferson Memorial and no one will have to worry anymore about how to pay for its repair. (It's sinking.)

Ooh, can I trade? I want our sunshine back here, another cool day forecast, but I know the people up in the midwest would give a whole lot more for your warm weather today!

Woo Hoo:)
I'm a little torn actually. I hate the cold weather, but this balmy warmth doesn't do much for the feel of the holidays. So, I guess I should be happy either way.

My boys keep swimming in various ponds around here. It seems that it will be a good Christmas for the beach.
