Helen cooks much the same things every week, but I love it. It is comforting. Today, we had fried pork cutlet, yellow saffron rice, butterbeans, baked sweet potato, green salad with ranch dressing, and cornbread. I don’t care for the yellow rice so Maggie got that. Everything else was delicious!

Joy, Friday's are special. I love getting to see mom when she brings the meal, and I love to discover what Helen has cooked now that she is picking the meals. I am tempted to started eating breakfast with Helen and mom as well. We will see. I don't want to ourwear my welcome! ha!
Andrew, did you hear Art Bell from Manilla tonight? It was awesome and I thought of you.
