It has rained all afternoon -- a wonderful thunderstorm-like rain. Maggie has spent the day on my bed. The rain cleared and she just had to get outside in the waning light to sniff and carouse. That carcass to the left is her plush cow toy now wet.
When I was growing up we had a miniature dachsund, tiny little thing was only as tall as a can of pop. He loved to drag around this stuffed chicken... much bigger then him!! It was cute. Throw the bear in the dryer and call it good!
My dog has this loofah dog toy that he absolutely loves. He takes it outside and leaves it there sometimes, and it has rained on it. He'll go and bring it back in from outside and it will be covered in dirt and leaves. It drives me crazy cuz he lets it get so dirty and brings it back in, but he loves the thing, so I put up with it.
My buddy Bear leave his toy out in the rain as well. I understand your love for Maggie. I don't know what I do with out my boy, he always know's when I'm feeling low. Hope you have a plesant weekend Andrew.
Hi Maggie...I like plush toys too and often leave them outside and they get wet and Liz says they are gross then but I still like them Has Andrew gotten you one of the talking plush animals? I like those lots too....since our humans exchange posts I thought that I would reply to you. I think if we ever met we would love playing with each other...I have to stay inside more today because of the rain which I love but I get all wet and muddy and such....Hope that you and your human have a great weekend,
