Today is my father’s 72nd birthday. I just called him and sang happy birthday to him over the phone to his delight. I am taking him out to eat tonight. He still hasn’t decided where he wants to go. I am headed now to Kroger to get him a birthday card. I forgot to get it Monday night with all that was going on.
Addendum: We’re headed to Longhorn Steakhouse in LaGrange this evening. Dad says it is better than the one in Auburn. Either way, the drive is about the same.
