I have enjoyed your attitude or gratitude videos. Your photos of the flowers are beautiful. I wish I could figure out how to do closeups with my digital camera. I probably need to read the instructions, right? Every Friday I always show my husband what Helen has cooked for you. You see, we are both southerners and know what good food looks like, and her food looks wonderful. His comment is always, "OH MY!" I inside today to stay out of the pollen. We have two vehicles, one white and one silver and they are both yellow right now.
I always read your blog, but always comment. Keep up the good work.
Thank you for the kind words. My favorite photos to take are of Helen's food. I love sharing what Southern soul food looks like. On your camera, you will have a macro function or button. It will look like a tulip or flower. Press that and you will get good closeups. I made the mistake of blowing my fan in the window last week and now I have a fine film of pollen on every thing in the house. Hard mistake to learn. At least, I am not allergic to it. Take care of yourself and thank you for reading.
Those Azaleas are wonderful, mine aren't out yet..but i do love them...I often wondered how come your close-ups where so good, so after reading what you said to Tee, i checked on my camera and found the close up function like a 'tulip' that you mentioned..so i cant wait to try it out...i will put some pics on my blog if they turn out O.K...I wish i had known about it yesterday when i went to Wales, there were some lovely things there i could have used it on.

To quote an episode of Seinfeld: "and they are spectacular."
They weren't talking about flowers, but I am.
