Andrew, how long have you had schizophrenia?? Sometimes I think my little son is bipolar...really I do. He tries so hard! But there are days like yesterday that are soooo hard for him, which makes it hard on me and the whole family. Can you e mail me: butterflylady97@yahoo.com. I am bad about reading follow up comments. Thanks!
That was a lovely vlog, Andrew. You look really good, bright yellow with a black collar seems to suit you. ;-) And i love the little smile you got when talking about how schizophrenia aggravates you, you have a wicked sense of humor. ;-)
Seriously, i really connected with your comment about how you love your bed. I had an odd period in my life when i lived in Berlin for 6 months and stayed in a friend's empty apartment. I had a little twin-sized mattress on the floor and every night (or wee hours of the morning) when i lay down i was just so HAPPY to have a bed to call my own. I realized that things are really alright when you have a bed to sleep on in a safe place.
I like the videos too. It gives us a chance to see how you really are. You are very much like the way you right and it makes me feel I know you. Went out tonight and met some friends I hadn't seen in a while. I am grateful for that and the way I felt when I came home. For today, that is enough.

Joy, yes it is. It is much more "tangible" than writing about my gratitudes.
