I am envious of it being so warm! It is 45 degrees here. It seems like you are having a good day and I am so happy for you.

I love the look of your home, it looks homely (in a good way) and just so comfortable and welcoming. You have done such a good job with what furniture and colour you have put where.

I also wanted to say that your snippets about your work, your family relationships, your walks and of course your daily life are what keeps me coming back every time you update. Even when the post seems boring or mundane to you to others such as me it is very readable.
Thank you

I love the photo. Do you enjoy your porch. I would live to have a screened porch. I think we would live out there in the warm weather. We eat every meal outside when the weather is good.

Open doors? Is there a hidden message I'm missing or have you run out of things to write about with it being a slow blog day? :P

Hi, I came across your blog a week or so ago. I find it very interesting. I do volunteer work at a local mental health facility. A lot of the residents there are schizophrenics but most of those haven't been able to do well outside a facility because they generally stop their meds. Most also don't have any family that hasn't tossed them aside. Many have dual diagnoses also. I love going there. All of these people, most of whom are in their 40s to 60s, are such sweet and kind people. As you probably know, some people are afraid to go to these "places" because they "might get scared". I have a hard time understanding why everyone doesn't like being around them as much as I do. You are a total inspiration! I have a feeling you represent more diagnosed people than the ones I work with. I'd like to think that the majority are doing as well as you are. You are so fortunate to have such a supportive family and so many friends.

I love this picture and would love to be sitting on your porch with you. I can't wait till it's warm enough to have the doors and windows open.

Love this photo. It is inspiring me to pick up my camera again.

I am also anxiously awaiting for our spring to begin. So cold here, frost on the windshields this A.M.

Have a good Sunday,
Lena
