I thought I would cook a Marie Calendar's meal and plate it up to make it look nice. Chicken medallions, cheesy baked potatoes, glazed carrots and green beans. This is my favorite Marie Calendar’s meal, but it is getting hard to find. They don’t always have it in stock at Kroger.

Reminds me of one of Helen’s plates. Those were was some special meals.
I keep forgetting to tell you that those meals are a lot cheaper at WalMart. Next time you're there, check it out.
