Would You Like To Have Your Very Own Hobo?

That's what we are having for supper. Hobos. Mom just called me and told me not to eat supper -- my father was cooking and would bring me a plate. I don't know if I can hold out for much longer as I am starving.

A hobo is a well-seasoned beef patty smothered in onions, carrots, potatoes, and a special sauce all served up in a packet of aluminum foil and steamed to perfection. It always was a childhood favorite of mine.
